1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or mechanical engineering;

2. Have a solid theoretical foundation and more than three years of experience in actual R&D of mechanical products;

3. Experience in research and development in fluid and mixing related fields is preferred.

4. Ability to lead and guide subordinates to complete R&D tasks efficiently from a professional perspective;

5.practical, diligent, good at learning, have a high sense of responsibility;

6.good communication skills, strong team awareness.
