Incoming quality control
Raw-materials will be checked and in the recorded before arrived warehouse , to make sure each batch of shipment able be tracked from the original beginning.
IPQC control during production
Quality Control and Assurance team formed from the separated normal production department, independently working with product analyze and production validation. Each single process in the production were analyzed and controlled, possible problems request to be found and solved at trial production stage and keep improving.
Quality check for finished products
The inspection will be arranged for every shipment, client’s quality standard will be followed and executed.
Each inspection report in the recorded and can be tracked.
In house lab test
Each shipment need be arrange in house lab test before delivery, it can check material safety, bottle function, to eliminate all possible complains.
Test items including Vacuum test, drop test, salt spray test, adhesive test and dishwasher test etc.
